Meet Our Founders
Qaqamba Tindleni, Founder
Sisonke Anelani Qaqamba Tindleni is a seasoned Chef and Entrepreneur with a passion for food and supply chain management. With over 15 years of experience, she has successfully executed numerous events and built a strong reputation for excellence. Her career began with renowned companies such as Protea Hotels by Marriott and Sun International, where she honed her skills for over a decade before transitioning into entrepreneurship. As a business owner, she has developed expertise in culinary arts, event management, and supply chain management, demonstrating strong leadership and the ability to drive business growth and innovation. Dedicated to giving back, she actively participates in charity work and is committed to empowering others in her community. Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Sisonke aims to make a meaningful impact in the woman-owned business sector, creating opportunities and contributing to the growth and development of her industry.
Gontse Mabotsa, Founder
Gontse Mabotsa is a seasoned entrepreneur, executive, and community leader with nearly two decades of experience spanning transport, construction, community development, and industrial clusters. Currently Director of Rekgone Transport Enterprise, CEO of Sativa Agrodustria (Pty) Ltd and Chairperson of Majemanchu CPA in Barkley West the Northern Cape a diamond rich land parcel, he has directed numerous large-scale public-private partnership projects and currently serves as a National Executive Council member of NAFCOC. Gontse has an extensive track record in stakeholder engagement, project management, and SMME development across Gauteng, Free State, Mpumalanga, and the Northern Cape, supported by formal qualifications in transport management, business administration, and entrepreneurship from institutions including Wits Business School. His leadership in economic empowerment, urban development, and industrialisation makes him a key driver for inclusive growth in South Africa’s hemp industry.
